You recently received notice from the College that in response to COVID-19 we have moved to provide service to members and clients with staff working remotely. Members are able to conduct their transactions with the College via phone and internet. Our front counter walk-in service has been suspended during this period.
Many organizations have taken similar steps to conduct their business with staff working from home and this has placed a tremendous demand on all telecommunications providers resulting in delayed response times and dropped connections at times. We understand that telecommunications providers are currently working to address this and we ask for your understanding and patience while this issue is addressed.
